Hey Bet, I wrote this post and you didn't!
Ahem. And now for something completely different.
Little House in the Suburbs is the best blog ever, and is in fact the blog that lead, in part, to the creation of our blog.
Last spring, Bet said "let's start" a blog. Here's my [nearly] exact response:

So anyway, Little House in the Suburbs has been a longstanding habit of mine. Because of them, I've had lye and shortening containers on the counter for about a year, 'cause someday I'm going to make soap. I'm also going to learn to crochet so I can make an afghan per the instructions on their site. If I could just figure out the braided rug instructions, I'd try that, too.
Well, today Little House is having a giveaway. They're giving an extra shot to anyone who blogs about it and links back.
